Can I pop the mattress?
No, you cannot overfill the mattress. The chambers can withstand a great deal more pressure than the air pump is designed to produce. When the mattress gets to its firmed position, the pump will not be able to place any more air in the chamber. The chambers are designed to support up to 1,500lbs. of weight, so they will not pop under normal use. You also don't need to worry about any animals or children putting a hole in the mattress. Basically, the only way to pop the mattress would be to stab it with a knife.
What kind of sheets will I need with my new airbed?
Our 11.5 inch mattress requires deep-pocket sheets which are easy to find and usually cost only a couple dollars more than regular sheets.
How many days until my new mattress arrives?
Because we want you to start enjoying your new airbed system as soon as possible, we will normally have the bed shipped within five to six business days. Sometimes, the shipping department is overloaded with orders which may cause your shipment to be delayed a day or two. Customers usually have their entire order within 10 - 12 business days, it is usually sooner but we like to be on the safe side when dealing with UPS and freight companies.
How hard is it to set up the mattress?
Our airbed mattresses are very easy to set up normally taking between 15 to 25 minutes. The setup instruction packet comes with the mattress and can be found in the box.
